Kafka’s manuscripts and writings in ten safety deposit boxes been opened from Swiss banks, were trapped in court for investigation.
Kafka’s works was pulled out by the court from its safety deposit boxes on banks of Tel Aviv and Zurich in Switzerland. Due to the order of Israeli court opposed against two elderly women from Israel.
The two claims that the works of the Jewish author were been inherited from their mother after her death.
According to literary experts, the contents of Kafka’s works can be in monetary value and can considered priceless literary.
Meir Heller from the Israeli Library said, what written inside his works was still unknown to the public, but the papers includes some of the Jewish writer’s letters, literary works, and handwritten manuscripts.
Israeli National Library also claims ownership for the literary works of Kafka’s, because he was a Jew, and as a part of their country’s literature and history, they believed that the works of the genius artist belongs to them.
Experts says that the various papers and manuscripts of the author can help the literary experts to discover the way, style, methods of the Jewish writer and to know deeper how he had created his works and the way he built his texts.
Kafka was a native in Prague who wrote his works in German, he was one of the most known and influential writer of this 20th century. His works were considered classics.
His earlier works that are unpublished, were now getting a shed of life when the Israeli court finally clear up the complication of who will be the legal inheritor of the collection of Kafka’s works.
The Tel Aviv Family Court was the one who ordered to open the safety boxes of the collection to know what are the things being kept by the banks in their safety. To decide who really owns the collected works.
The court’s decision will be out in public when the expert’s of Kafka’s work had already finished their job to investigate and examine the materials.
