Actor Michael Douglas appeared on the “Late Show with David Letterman” and revealed about his stage 4 throat cancer diagnosis on Tuesday evening.
Douglas said that at present, he is going through several treatments for his throat cancer and doctors revealed that the actor had almost 80% chance to recover from the disease completely giving Douglas a new hope. His TV appearance at the late night show is to promote his new movie, which is “Wall Street: Money Never Sleep.”
The actor press representative Allen Berry said that Douglas is undergoing treatment at the Manhattan’s Sloan Kettering Cancer Center. Berry likewise revealed with the ABCNews.com that the actor’s cancer is located at the base of his tongue and the diagnosis is conducted in order for Douglas to recover from it.
